Breakfast Burrito Bowls

All the breakfast burrito essentials, but without the tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package of frozen or refrigerated hash browns, cooked.

12 eggs per person, cooked over-easy (or any way you like to have your eggs cooked, I just think the runny egg yolk adds a lot to the final product)

Diced avocado

1 or 2 breakfast meat choices (crumbled crispy bacon, diced ham, breakfast sausage)

Sour cream

Salsa

Other Ideas you can add-

Sautéed bell peppers

Black beans

Cheese

Instructions

Combine all your chosen ingredients in a bowl and stir. Eat warm.

I love making customizable dinners. Everyone gets to choose their favorite things and yet I don’t have to make several meals to make everyone happy
