Christmas Breakfast Casserole

December 10, 2019Brianna

This is what my mom has made for breakfast for at least 15 years. Honestly, I don’t remember what she did for breakfast before this dish. She always made 2. One with ground sausage and one with bacon. Christmas Breakfast Casserole is a great Christmas breakfast because it can be made a day before so all you do is pop it in the oven when you start opening Christmas presents and then it’s ready when everyone is done. It’s perfect. Add a bowl of fruit or fruit salad and hot chocolate and you’ve got a complete Christmas morning breakfast!
