Easy Caesar Salad Dressing

The perfect caesar dressing using simple and fresh ingredients. Much better for you than store bought dressing too.

- Yield: about 1 cup of dressing 1x
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, minced fine
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth
Refrigerate till ready to serve.
Notes
Serve over romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and croutons.
Add grilled chicken to make it a full meal.
