Fresh Roasted Green Beans
Sometimes writing anything before a recipe is like pulling teeth. Please forgive me for not having a lot to say about these. I don’t know what to say about these fresh roasted green beans except they are a great side to basically any protein. Roasted vegetables are a staple in my home for dinner.
Fresh Roasted Green beans
These delicious roasted fresh green beans are perfect as a side for any protein.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
- Yield: about 4-5 servings 1x
Ingredients
1 pound of green beans, ends trimmed
1 squeeze lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl and then spread evenly on the cooking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes tossing half way till tender.

My Husband and I made these and they tasted so good. The Parmesan soaks up some of the lemon flavor so you get a slight tang in every bite. It’s a simple recipe to make your meal a bit more fancy. Bonus- it made our house smell so good!
