Breakfast Burrito Bowls
This is less of a follow a close recipe type meal and more to throw out a new idea for a dinner we do from time to time that is delicious and totally customizable. Breakfast burrito bowls are delicious.

Ingredients
1 package of frozen or refrigerated hash browns, cooked.
1–2 eggs per person, cooked over-easy (or any way you like to have your eggs cooked, I just think the runny egg yolk adds a lot to the final product)
Diced avocado
1 or 2 breakfast meat choices (crumbled crispy bacon, diced ham, breakfast sausage)
Sour cream
Salsa
Other Ideas you can add-
Sautéed bell peppers
Black beans
Cheese
Instructions
Combine all your chosen ingredients in a bowl and stir. Eat warm.

I love making customizable dinners. Everyone gets to choose their favorite things and yet I don’t have to make several meals to make everyone happy
