Homemade Enchilada Sauce
The list continues to grow of things I can’t buy in Finland and therefore have had to learn how to buy. Enchilada sauce is one of them. Honestly after learning how to make it myself, this is also another thing I don’t know that I’ll ever buy again at a store when we move home. It tastes like 10x better than in a can! There are so many things I’m grateful to have learned in Finland and making EVERYTHING from scratch is high up there. I love making my family healthy meals and fresh meals and this enchilada sauce fits that.
