- Total Time: 35 minutes
- Yield: 2 dozen blossoms 1x
Ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
1 cup crushed or chopped Oreos (small pieces, no large pieces)
5 tablespoons butter
1, 16 oz package mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
About 24 cookies & cream Kisses
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl mix together the Rice Krispies Cereal and crushed Oreos and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large pot on the stove over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows and stir continuously till melted. Add the vanilla extract and stir till combined. Add the cereal and Oreo pieces and stir gently till combined. Remove from heat.
Butter your hands or spray them with non-stick spray and grab about 3 tablespoons of mixture. Roll the mixture into about a 2-inch ball and put on the prepared baking sheet. Quickly grab a kiss and press it into the center of the rice crispy treat ball and push down. Do this process quickly while the cereal mixture is still warm so it doesn’t set up. Re-butter your hands after every few balls, as needed.
If the mixture starts to get firm and unable to roll into balls, place the mixture into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15 seconds or place back on the burner you used (don’t turn it on) and let the residual heat warm the mixture up for a minute or two.
Continue working on the cereal balls and pushing the kiss in the middle till all the mixture is gone.
Let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days. (Best if eaten the day they’re made)

Make sure to work quickly when forming the blossoms. You don’t want the mixture to solidify before you’re done forming.
