Simple and Delicious Roasted Carrots
Aren’t you glad I’m not one of those annoying food bloggers that talks for 15 paragraphs about the world’s simplest recipe? There really isn’t much to say about these roasted carrots except that they’re simple and delicious. And all of that can be gathered from the title of the recipe. So with that, I’ll leave you with the recipe.

Super simple yet really delicious. Quick and easy side dish to anything you are making for dinner.

Ingredients
2 pounds carrots, peeled
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 425 F.
Cut carrots either in sticks (cutting each carrot in half, then each half into 4 pieces the long way), or about 1/3 inch rounds.
Toss the carrots, olive oil, and seasonings together in a large bowl. Evenly spread on a baking sheet lined with foil. Roast for about 30 minutes till tender.
Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes before eating.
