California Chicken BLT Wraps (with delicious dipping sauce!)
I’m all about sauce over here. I hate a dry burger or a dry sandwich. Sauces and dips make everything better. Even toddlers know everything is better if there’s dip involved. I love having new fast simple weeknight meals ready. This is one I can have all the ingredients for cooked/chopped in the fridge and pull everything out and assemble in 5 minutes. It’s a great way to use up leftover chicken or bacon, throw some veggies on and dip in this amazing sour cream dipping sauce.

These California chicken BLT wraps are the perfect busy weeknight meal or even a great sack lunch option!

- Yield: Enough dip for about 8 wraps
Ingredients
burrito-sized tortillas
2–3 chicken breasts cooked and sliced
about 8–10 slices of bacon, cooked
cherry tomatoes cut in half
cucumbers, cut into sticks
1 large avacado, sliced
romaine lettuce, shredded
Dip-
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Sauce-
Whisk all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Refrigerate till ready to use.
Assembly-
In the middle of the wrap place line the middle with sliced chicken. Add a few slices of bacon, cucumber sticks, avocados, a handful of cherry tomatoes and sauce. Roll like a burrito and cut in half.
Alternatively, you can also dip the wrap in the sauce instead of having it in the wrap.
